It can be overwhelming. Since the now not so recent economic downturn, the real estate market has been hard to read. The most common question I hear is "How long until the market recovers?" Well, that depends on what area. Some of the golf resort communities in the area are already starting to see recovery. List prices are up about 10%+ in these areas. I think a better question, "Will the market EVER recover to 100%?" Probably not, if you are comparing 100% to the massive "boom" we saw in Teton Valley, Idaho from 2005-2008, esecially if you consider inflation.

This might sound pecimistic, but the truth is, the worst is over. Foreclosure inventory is running out. So should you list your property?
